I think as well Rodrygo "fixes" the 10 issue we may have as it will force Foden and Bobb to be the guys playing through the middle, probably with Marmoush too. I think then having an attack of Haaland, Marmoush, Rodrygo, Foden, Doku, Savinho, Bobb would give us a range of different options and play styles and plenty of individual inspiration to beat low blocks

Doesnt get many chances but still far exceeds his xG, not too high on xA, but pretty high in shot creating actions.

But then you see defensive work rate, passing and carries are all good.

This is suppose to be him at his worst?

If Wirtz and the like isnt happening, and this is even at all possible, I would love if we went for him.

xG is a pile of shit, means absolutely fucking zero.
 
Rather see another creative player than inconsistent overrated talent called rodrygo. He is already exposed in the national team for not being that good. Consistently behind Vinicius and Rapha there despite playing in a better position with more freedom.

We have scorers already - just need creativity. With Foden, Marmoush and Haaland there’s already 3 players who can score 20+ a number rodrygo never reached even last season where he had all the freedom next to vini.

He also plays the same position as Marmoush if he were to join. No need for him especially when it would give Madrid the chance not only to go for Huijsen but also for Wirtz or Reijnders.
 
Pay whatever it takes to bring him in. He's technically superior to both Vini and Bellingham, just doesn't have PR.

How much is he worth. Madrid have 50% stake if he is sold
I could see them buying him back if he is that good.
Leverkeusen also want him as Fabregas is favourite for that managers job and I can see that going through as a sweetener in the Alonso to Madrid deal.

Yes, one never knows. Posted about him in a few of the other threads and also about how much may depend on the managerial merry-go-round. There's just something about his build and playing style that leads me to think he'd be suited to the English game.
 
He is a good technical fit for us. I have Foden regaining form and starting at Right forward. Rodrigo is a very talented player. I won't say No.
 
Can’t see us being able to pull this sort of deal off along with all the midfield ones.
