fantastic player who I think needs a change of scenery and not be in the shadow of the Real galacticos so much. big experience of CL KO stages, thats something we need as Savinho and Doku has very little of that.

if we can get him I would play him from the right side. its a big fee and big salary tho. lets hope Arsenal doesnt do a better selling to him.

with TAA going there I imagine Xabi Alonso planning to use him as a wingback so a right winger is probably not crucial for them.

Agreed. If he’s not prolific at 24 in this Madrid team, it’s unlikely he’ll suddenly become it here. Also think he’s too lightweight to play well consistently in the PL.

Would genuinely rather get someone like
Mbuemo who’d be half the price, much better output and isn’t going to kick off if he’s rotated. Can also play striker if Haaland gets injured.

I like him he clears Rodygo in like every stat esp this season. I think it’s all about how we use him. If we played more direct football and didn’t face the nastiest low blocks then yea no brainer but we need technical players imo, especially with Kev gone.

Marmoush plays from the left and foden plays from the right. I agree on the other 3 but I just don't see us giving up on them bobb no real time savio 1 season doku 2 seasons and replacing them next season.

Amazed to see some people playing down his quality. I really rate the potential of Doku and Savinho, but Rodrygo is exactly what we're hoping they both can turn into! He's a quality player. Would encourage people to spend less time reading nonsense online downplaying him and just look at what he's capable of on a regular basis.

These are his goals from this season alone. He's insanely underrated and just a victim to the Mbappe, Vini Jr, Bellingham hype cycles. He's a cracking footballer and would instantly improve our starting XI by some way. Big game mentality, world class goals regularly, great technique and aggressive dribbler, hardworking, creative, versatile. Would love him at City.
