I know you’re joking but to his credit Garry Cook gave more of a shit about the fans than all of the executives who came after him put together.

Correct. There was no cover near the old ticket office until Garry Cook saw fans queuing in the rain for tickets. Minor point for some, but quite important as it pisses down in Manchester.
