Ronaldo going mental

I read on the BBC that he won't get an automatic 3 match ban, which would have meant him missing the Madrid derby. I'm in work and can't view the Vine thingumabobs - are they worth a 3 match ban?
If it was one of ours he'd be banned for a minimum of three games.

He'd have been burned at the stake if he'd been one of ours.

Aye, can give it out but the slightest contact and he's rolling around like a baby. Needs stamping on again.
That's not really fair. For a modern player Ronaldo can take a kicking and unlike others he never backs down. He does dive and roll on the floor though. You can never kick Ronaldo and make him afraid to keep playing. Still nothing compared to what players of the past went through.

But it's fair to cheat by "diving and rolling around on the floor"

I remember a certain incident when this sly f@cker was rolling around in agony, then winking in a split second when the granny shagger got sent off.
No it's not, but I was just referring to Ronaldo not being able to take a kicking. He certainly can and has before.

As for your last comment I am not sure which indicent you are referring to. I may be wrong, but Rooney stamped on Carvalho when he got sent off. It was a clear red. I don't see any problem with a footballer pointing out that someone had just stamped on his mates nuts and deserves a red. Like usual we needed an excuse for why we had lost and Ronaldo was the scapegoat. Honestly I cannot remember another incident and you might be right.

I do, there's never an excuse for telling tales, it's fucking soft. If the ref didn't see it then get your own back later when he's not looking, or have a word with the fella who stamped on you after the game.

Different time. Different game now. Only an idiot would risk violence in a world cup quarter final. With all the camera's and video replays now you will get caught.

That apart I have never believed in not reporting incidents. Attacking someone on a football pitch is not particularly brave or hard when they cannot hit you back. The Mason vs Benteke red card sums up modern football. Do you think Soldado would have dared push Benteke like that had it been a game in the park?
