Ronaldo out of 2nd leg?

Both him and Benzema supposedly out with hamstring injuries, sounds like mind games to me, big bonus if not though!

L'Equipe are reporting that Benzema is pretty much out for the season now.

I think he will play, at the very least he'll be on the bench.

He travelled after all, and reportedly trained on it. Must be minor damage. Will be touch and go whether he's fully recovered, but given the importance of the game, I think they'll risk it.

A saga which the media will love for the next week

I was referring to Iheanacho in that post mate. Although I personally think they wont start Ronaldo, he'll be on the bench in case of an emergency but he wont want to miss the final should they make it. Minor damage is usually okay but to a hamstring its devastating, psychologically its an injury that stays on your mind until you get through an intense session without any problems. If his hamstring is less than 100% then i'd say theres no chance he'll play.

So its pretty much the same line ups available that were available at the end of the 1st leg. I'll be gobsmacked if Zidane leaves James and Isco on the bench again.

No but you can do in two weeks if it's a slight injury. He did it against Villareal 20/4

It's not slight, it's tear in the muscle. He traveled because they allegedly didn't know it, Madrid doctors haven't seen the tear. But as someone said, even if he plays, he won't be 100% and hamstring tend to "explode" again if not treated enough time.

Anyway, with out spanish people, I'm sure they have some connections to find out what's happening there.

Not too worried about the Madrid line up if Ronaldo and Benzema are out. Sterling and Navas out wide, De Bruyne in the hole, and Aguero up front, and lets hit the twats on the break. I'm quietly confident.

Is there any chance we can just make this the pre match thread? @Ric

Got to admit the kick off times are a joke this weekend:

Bayern - 14:30 Saturday
Real Madrid - 15:00 Saturday
Atletico - 17:15 - Saturday

City - 16:30 Sunday

And the media wonder why English clubs never to well in Europe or why the national team constantly underperforms...The English FA are a joke. Less rest for our players, not surprised we picked up so many injuries this year.
