Rooney appointed Plymouth's manager

Jesus Christ. I’ve just heard him giving an interview on 5Live about England. He’s clearly not a commentator.

Had lunch with a couple of Birmingham City fans who are well connected with the club about a week after Rooney was sacked who said that he would get driven to away games rather than go in the team coach, which is absolutely reprehensible.
Did he visit the local old people's home on the way?

As I said earlier in the thread, Birmingham were on the edge of the playoffs, when shrek took over, and they went down, so Argyle don’t stand a chance of staying up.
What’s baffling is why would anyone put him in charge of their team, good footballer no doubt but he only gets these jobs because of what he was as a player and who he played for the Rags..

You need more than two hands to count the number of ex rags who have been given manager jobs over the years only to massively fail…
