I heard ages ago he was going to Chelsea with Torres joining us, but I took it with a pinch of salt... Same guy also said Beckford to Bolton though & that looks like happening this week.
I could see Rooney to CFC but not sure why we would go for Torres personally unless Pellegrini thinks he can get him on the cheap & bring the best out of him? Either way it looks like he's off somewhere.

Not going back 52 pages but has it been mentioned about Rooneys animosity to Moyes and vice versa, perhaps Rooney never asked for a transfer but manure agreed to move him on at the behest of Moyes before he moved to OT.
