He's not the best player in the world at all, like fuck. Torres, David Villa, Drogba are all better strikers, and players like Messi, Ronaldo and Maicon are much better on the whole. As somebody has already said on this topic, you could put anybody at the focal point of United's attack and they'd be scoring plenty, goals don't make a player, Forlan was scoring tonnes last season but never once was mentioned amongst the world's elite.

He's playing brilliant this year,the last 3-4 years he's simply been the most overated player in the world.He's always great against Portsmouth,Fulham Burnley etc etc ....oh and the crap teams in europe.The best player in the world he's not.

Talking to a rag at work about Rooney. he reckons one reason for fatty doing so well this season is Tranny leaving.

A few years ago i was sitting outside a bar in gorton waiting for the taxi to the beehive when a couple of rags sat down beside us and started to slag us for the number of Mickey mousers we had on our team, the fact that we had travelled over from Northern ireland to support the Blues, and they "couldnt get tickets" semed to bypass their collective brain cell, I just wonder if they are now boycoting the swamp that they couldnt get tickets to as a protest against the Glaziers, or are protesting because of the bindippers they are playing, or are they just continuing the protest of its easier and cheaper noot to go to the swamp?
