Rory 'Long Throw' Delap

why, he might have a very long throw, but that's it?
he isnt that much of a good footballer, and using him in a position that a much better player could go in is a loss.
also, as they were saying on sky sports the other day, you can train the players to have a long throw, Micah has a okayish throw, so we could get a coach in to help him improve, the long throw is somethingt hat soon, every club will have.

Ok. So let's get Delap in to train Micah ;)

I could have Tiger Woods teaching me for years but it doesn't mean i'd ever be able to smack it 350 yards or more.

Might get a couple of his rather nice cast offs though so it could be worth asking i suppose.

he's hardly a lad, he's 33. plus he 's the one trick pony to end all one trick ponies.
