It's a strong team but it's not that different from what the majority predicted. Only really Ederson, Stones and Sterling. Muric and Garcia can consider themselves unfortunate not to get a game, with diaz gone we didn't really have an option on the other wing so sterling probably isn't that unexpected.
The way we play makes it very hard for some kid who probably isn't ready to come in and perform, it's an incredibly demanding style, it's a lot easier for a team like an arsenal or spurs to field youngsters that the rest can carry through the match but you can't carry players with our style, you'll get shown up and I think that's why Pep won't throw in kids for thr sake of it. I've no problem with it whatsoever. If people are that desperate to see the kids play, they play at the academy stadium every other week,
