Hes not worth that...In the jan window he was worth that,when there was not alot round and we needed him, not now hes got one leg and there are plenty more players around and up for grabs..Hes no better than that Claudio Pizarro at w.bremen on loan from chelsea.

Presumably they meant to say 15-20 million but the more interesting point of the article is Hughes' apparent interest in Carew, another injury prone striker. As for the idiot calling 1520 million "chump change" to the Sheikh, the fact is that we only have a war chest of 200 million to spend in the summer. The Sheikh has many other financial priorities besides his hobby, football.
