Roque says Carlos wants to be with his family, but will probably see his contract out before returning home. With the financial fair play rules, we will not want to let him leave on a free, and i don't envisage an Argentinian club paying huge amounts of money for him. So how realistic is the possibility that we might sell him to Real Madrid in the summer to get about £50m for him while we can, and he can go back home in 3/4 years via Spain instead? How likely is that? I must say, i'm getting quite worried. There's a Tevez is homesick story every other week, and they say there's no smoke without fire. How concerned should we be? I'd be very surprised if we let him run his contract down until 2014 and go back home on a free. It does seem quite unlikely that he'll sign a new deal with us, so how soon will the club start thinking about selling him? I suppose if we manage to find ways around Platini's rules, we could quite happily let him leave on a free in 2014 and settle for having had 5 years out of him whilst he was at his peak? So many questions!

Tevez has always said, even back in the days when he was a rag he'd return home around the age of 27 so he could be with his family and end his career with Boca juniors, all of us new this was going to happen, i well believe he is missing his homeland he's said so so many times now.

Id be genuinely and happily surprised if we have more than this and next season out of him.

For a start I'd be surprised if he didn't miss his family, but he seems happy enough on the pitch. As RSC never read to much into a player who isn't playing and will be sold at the earliest possible chance.

well I say Santa fookin Cruz can shut the fuk up and piss off anywhere else to burden them with their wage bill - his comments are not helpful and have given the press more food to try and chip away at us with - Do one Santa, Roque, RSC whatever you fukin want, just do one

I absolutely agree with that. If he wants to talk about his own situation and lack of game time then fine, do it. But to start talking about other players' situations is bang out of order. I'm sure City will be having a strong word with him.

He signed a 5 year contract, he's been here just over 1 year, if he wants to leave at the end of his contract fine, i wouldn't sell him. If he's up front about the fact that he plans to go, we have plenty of time to find to a replacement.

I would only be displeased if he signed a 5 year contract but had been planning to try and go home to a club that probably couldn't afford the fee we'd want, after just 2 or 3 years of a 5 year contract. Then it'd be a problem.

Interesting that despite "Rooneygate" being the biggest journalistic fiasco of the decade so far-the ususal twats are now back to their usual sport of Tevez-baiting for headlines.

Wankers.

And Crocky should shut the fuck up,before he turns himself into Mills Mk2.

Whatever happens I would be amazed if he was still a city player next season.

Shame but thats the way it is.
