RSC says Tevez is homesick

All the press are now jumping on RSC supposedly saying Tevez want's out, despite the fact he said he expects him to see out his contract, pathetic really.

Although I would be surprised if we got more than next season out of him, we need to get Dzeko in.

Nothing lasts forever, just enjoy it while you can. I just want to see him lifting a trophy in City colours, and any old trophy will do if I'm really honest about it.

RSC should know better than to give this journalist a story. Wonder if - when he leaves that the leaks will also start to lessen.

end of the day 25m over 5 years-5m a year plus wages. reckon we'll have had our moneys worth and we can wish him well at boca. no doubt he misses his family, he even shows this in his celebrations. if we can be near/at the top of european football by the time tevez leaves and weve won nearly everything to be had we and carlos will have achieved our goal

Its the sort of shit that should get him a good bollocking in my opinion, comment on yourself by all means, but don't drag others in to your problem.

Would like to hear Tevez come out and say that RSC doesn't know what I want, and should mind his own business.

My thought on the topic is that I would absolutely hate to see tevez leave since he has been the face of the team for over a year now. Saying that I would never wanna see him have to stay here unmotivated and become lazy on the pitch. He's a world class player that gets goals when we desperately need them but if needed I think with the team that we have we could still contend for many trophies. In my opinion David silva is becoming one of the best play makers in the premier league if not the world. Every goal we have lately silva is the one setting it up. When Balotelli gets healthy I think he will be a force to be wrecken with. And silva feeding him the ball wow! But this is all opinion.

Ps tevez don't leave until the end of ur contract!!!

Is there a reason why his family can't be with him over here ?
Foreign family in a new country, husband goes to work, wife and kids at home could hardly speak English so have no friend, how lonely is that?

The problem we've got is that we can't allow him to run down his contract as we won't get a fee for him then, the problem he's got is that Boca Juniors probably couldn't afford to pay that fee.
We aren't a charity, if Tevez makes it clear he won't be signing another contract then we'd need to sell him at some time to recoup some of the money we paid for him.
The idea that we'll just let him work his contract & then he can walk off to Boca for nothing is laughable

-- Wed Oct 27, 2010 6:14 am --

Plenty of other people manage, they could even learn the lingo & get out & about.
Not sure that's a valid readon for them being apart, seems very strange to me.

Roque says Carlos wants to be with his family, but will probably see his contract out before returning home. With the financial fair play rules, we will not want to let him leave on a free, and i don't envisage an Argentinian club paying huge amounts of money for him. So how realistic is the possibility that we might sell him to Real Madrid in the summer to get about £50m for him while we can, and he can go back home in 3/4 years via Spain instead? How likely is that? I must say, i'm getting quite worried. There's a Tevez is homesick story every other week, and they say there's no smoke without fire. How concerned should we be? I'd be very surprised if we let him run his contract down until 2014 and go back home on a free. It does seem quite unlikely that he'll sign a new deal with us, so how soon will the club start thinking about selling him? I suppose if we manage to find ways around Platini's rules, we could quite happily let him leave on a free in 2014 and settle for having had 5 years out of him whilst he was at his peak? So many questions!

Roque..what the fuck has you wanting out got owt to do with Carlos Tevez being home sick ??

Due to your injury lad im sorry but you are surplus to requirements..thats all..
