RSC wants out

The signing of RCS should have seen Hughes sacked instantly, asking to sign RSC should have led to his instant dismissal.

Just done a little digging to confirm what I thought, RSC has scored more than 5 league goals just once in his 10 years in European Football, and that was at Blackburn. His best season in Germany was 03-04 where he managed to play 29 times and scored a whopping 5 goals.
He had one good season for Blackburn then reverted to type and scored 4 in 20 something games, so obviously we signed him!
The guy has averaged just over 15 league appearances in over 10 seasons in European Football.

Truly awful signing, Hughes was a clown in the market, thank god he's gone.

A snip it from wiki regarding Crocky Santa Cruz, "Santa Cruz was unexceptional at Bayern as he only scored five goals in his first season with the club, a series of injuries, and heavy competition between forwards (including Élber Giovane, Roy Makaay and Claudio Pizarro) for the German giants limited his impact."

He is a handsome devil though, I will give him that!

Yeah, but apart from that, he's world class.

If only he was fit... and prove all those doubters wrong...

Fair play to the lad, hes a really nice guy. He does a lot of work for charity. Shame he never really got his chance in the City team to get to his full match fitness. Bad buy no doubt but I still think he could of done us a good job when he was first bought.
