I totally agree but the club pay a lot of money for a scouting system to find our needs
I really don't know how we'll solve the leadership issues, Dias can hopefully grow into it but I doubt he'll make an instant impact. Kind of sad how reliant we evidently were on Vinny, no club should be that reliant on one individual (although the state of us without him should solidify his status as the best ever PL captain lmao).
What are we meant to do? Have Vinny do team talks over facetime? Bring Zaba back as a coach and hope he solves it? The younger players need to step up, we can't keep dwelling on the old guard....

That isn't down to scouting. We were lucky to buy Vinny at that price because of his injuries and he didn't start off as Captain.

Surely the scouts provide a profile of the player and of the person
They must know type of person they are scouting
