On the subject of 5knuckleshuffle:

Pretty much all of the information that he posted on the Kaka deal turned out to be true. We went there presuming the deal had been done, only for Kaka and Berlusconi to back out at the last minute. Dida was also mentioned in the Kaka deal. Gattuso was not mentioned in any press/sources.
Hughes himself has said that we spoke to Senna.

About the Robinho thread that appeared the day after the incident, he first posted the exact details of the incident which had people wondering. It turned to bullshit because I happened to know somebody who works on the bar in Space and they absolutely assured me that it was crap. After speaking to them today, they have told me that they were told to keep their mouths shut by the owner and by the Police, and he didn't want to risk his job. This did not however, stop me from coming on here, calling 5KnuckleShuffle a bunch of names including "rag, liar, bullshit merchant, etc" and postulating that he was making things up for attention. We have seen today that the facts as he posted were correct. He PM'ed me his source and I looked in to it, and it turns out his source (as he named them) was accurate.
The reason I post now is to make a frank apology to him and to say that I was wrong, and he was right. I thought I had a nailed on source for the incident, and it turns out that I didn't. If anybody doesn't believe him due to my words in the former Robinho thread, I ask them to think again.

On the subject of Villa:
There are many many rumours concerning him and where he will be in the future. There is no smoke without fire. i just hope we don't fuck this one up like we did with Kaka.

I reckon the majority of people that posted about Kaka did so in good faith.

Nobody could have predicted the last minute hitch that lead to the deal being called off, but one thing is for certain.. those that posted (Ajay, 5knuckles etc) were very nearly spot on.

I don't mind the rumours, it's just when people interpret them as fact and then get all wound up when things don't come off.

5knuckleshuffle has a terrible habit of piecing together other peoples information and passing it as his own.

I hope i'm not the only one who's noticed this...i stated this for the Kaka saga also - he just bridged other peoples info, not his own.

Don't get me wrong m8, I'm not defending the ITK's here, and maybe they do build the story up a little bit from time to time. But we're all adult enough to know that nothing should be taken as fact that's posted on an internet forum.

People get labelled as a WUM because we don't actually sign a player, yet every bit of info that they posted could have been in good faith, and very close to the truth.

I do genuinly think that there are some on here that get snippets of info before it hits the papers. The problem is, sorting the genuine ones from those that post complete fabrication.

Maybe we should have a list ? :)
