Because he's played there is whole life and you can't say definitely we'll finish higher than Villa next season, in my opinion he'll see joining us as virtually pointless.

He'll want to go to Arsenal or Liverpool if a bid comes in.

You're probably right, but villa fans seem to think he wants out, and if we're the highest bidder.......
I'm not saying we'll definitely finish higher, but looking ahead i'd rather be in our shoes than theirs. So, Barry for City skipper anyone....?

Slightly off topic but tevez is now 4/6 to be a City Player next season was 7/2 at the start of the week

Them comments off the Villa fans were spot on, honest and opiniated but not abusive. Most admit to not liking us but state rational reasons for it. Fair play.

Everton fans could take a leaf out of there book!

Know what your saying 15martin petrov also got kaka wrong but there a lot of money gone on it happening he started out at 10/1 was down to 7/2 this week then yesteday opended at 9/4 and finished at 5/4 and is now 4/6

That to me says someone at least know something is going on

Adam Johnson is an interesting speculation.

I seem to remember him being lined to Real Madrid recently. Now that Perez is a shoe-in, he'll go down the galactico route.
 
I hate myself for this but i've bought into it and got my hopes up - I now fully expect us to sign both and if we don't i'll be pretty pissed off.
 
Could be lazy journalism and just picking up from what they see when searching the net,just like we do .With it being the NOTW lazy journalism springs to mind.

I do hope it`s true though both quality players.
