Russian invasion of Ukraine

They can go to Mach 10/12, hypersonic is over 5.
Mig 25 (Foxbat) could travel Mach 3.2 (twice that is Mach 6.4.
And when was the last time the Russians told the truth?
OK I'm sure that the west has done some radar analysis from space on the test firings. But it's not public as far as I know.

Mig-25 had issues at Mach 3.2, usually limited to 2.8. Likely to destroy engines if run for any even short period of time at 3.2.
Replaced by Mig-31 which was based on the 25, but still has the Mach 2.8 limit of usefulness.

2.8 x2 is mach 5.6, which is still technically hypersonic, which was my point.

Regards the missile.....
It was deffo a Kinzhal,it either exploded or was shot down,I don't know.
Almost 100 fragments of said missile, have been found scattered across 6 districts.

Slava Ukraini.

How the Russian Intelligence beaurau FSB messed up...

Good watch - russia has never been stress tested to these combined levels of military, economic and cultural attacks from outside forces and as all its institutions are rotten to the core from top down, I do expect it to implode very quickly once the top domino falls.
