Russian invasion of Ukraine

Well the Flalklands was rather special, Brittain risking a whole taskforce for the sake of retaking a 1000 sheepherder overseas colony that since has been nothing but a drain ... it's the thought that counts right ;)
Just to prove we could...and win an election. Trouble was, you just can't invade a country, no matter if you used to govern, when you feel like it. Junta's are a law unto themselves.

After meeting the Pope today, and watching the Italian security aircraft of Flight Radar24 (a bit obvious really), and subsequent flights out of Rome, I think he's going to be in Washington tomorrow, it could also be Madrid, though I'm not sure why he would go there.

Watched a documentary tonight, which suggests it was very nearly a massive fuck up, because certain people thought they knew better than the commander, and that many more were killed and injured than was necessary.
