That's air defences job, and it mostly seems to be doing a good job, apart from collateral damage from stuff blown up.

I'm staggered that russia thinks launching these missiles is doing much good, when they mostly get shot down (other than terror), it seems pointless, very expensive, as well as wasting resources.
