Russia has now seeminly pulled experimental test hardware out of storage for the front lines. the BTR-90. developed in 1993, never really made in any large numbers and reports are the actual test units from development are on the battlefiled.

As Beau points out. there will be no one trained on how to use it and no parts will have been made for it.
