ATESH are planning something...dunno what or where,but i will have a wild guess.
Crimea....Russian high-ranker,maybe more(very highly ranked)....very soon.

Partisan.....a huge amount of info comes from them to the Ukrainian high command.
They also do their own stuff....blowing up Russian officials,train lines and supply routes.
They actually had people work on the trenches etc in Crimea.
Ukrainian command have a copy of the plans to all the Russian defences in Crimea.
What i can say is......"some" very important people have arrived in Crimea over the last 2 days.
These people report directly to Putin and nobody else.

On google earth, it looks like the town is something of a railway hub, where quite a few merge (including from Avdiivka), and quite a few mines in the area.
