Germany has doubled military budget for Ukraine from 4 to 8 bn for 2024, BUT that includes replacements for German army stocks already delivered to UKR - also to reach the 2% GDP NATO request.

What that means for UKR bottom line in 2024 is not quite clear, yet.

Non-military help for refugees til end 2023 reached €24 bn.

Right now most Germans are not so much afraid of a war vs Russia but of a feared 10 million further refugees in case UKR would finally lose...

Refugees from Ukraine should be a top priority for sending military and financial aid to Ukraine we can’t cope with an influx of refugees already ? (the government keep telling us) Ukraine needs the aid immediately

As far as I can tell it’s Germany 1.1 billion and France 3 billion, overall it’s 4.1 billion part of NATO agreement ??

USA continues to send some military aid to

Ukraine, despite the lack of additional funding from Congress. This is due to the agreements that were concluded earlier.These are artillery shells, missiles for HIMARS salvo fire systems, air defense equipment and a number of other military equipment.
