It's like Ukrainian Forces are letting them take positions,then the Russians send in more to stabilize the positions,and the Ukrainians just wipe the lot out.Stuff:

The Russian's have more troops,but a lower quality of training.
Most of the experienced officers are now dead.
You could have a billion feet on the ground,but with nobody to train them,what good is it.
Thats why they use meat assaults.
Send them in and hope for the best.
