I dont know,i do know they are very quickly manufactured...200km range.

Yes, after murdering Litvinenko with a radioactive substance in London and unleashing a biological attack in Salisbury, as far as the UK is concerned their chickens are coming home to roost, and I’m sure the Dutch feel the same way after MH17. We have every reason to fully support the effort to defeat the Russian regime just from what they’ve done to us.
