It's about to get lively.kursk region:
It is relatively calm within the borders of the Kursk Region, with some foot assaults and a bit of equipment, which the SOU fighters destroy nicely.
Perhaps the enemy is replenishing forces and recuperating, as usual - after such interruptions, they carry out mechanized assaults, so our comrades are preparing.
I think if they were Russian uniform and are under Russian command they get a pass. But who would want to be using Russian kit and being part of the command? Mercenaries turn up in most wars, this we know will have full NK government involvement but its easy for them to deny and it's not like they care about their international reputation.well for me the fact they have sent troops makes it a yes. yes they are and have directly declared war on Ukraine.
You could argue that until they are on the battlefield they are not at that point yet. they can always back out.
