Yeah I think ( no pun intended ) its hit and miss. they can be intercepted but no idea on how often in the real world they manage it.

Don't forget....the Russians were destroying HIMARS Systems,before they were even delivered.
And at one point....a lot more than WAS delivered.
Their Defence Systems are incredible.
