I think they can still sail through the Baltic from saint p port, but they are obviously very closely monitored doing so by NATO.

We also welcomed Friedrich Merz, the leader of the German opposition, to Ukraine. I appreciate his position—one that is truthful and fair: it is neither just nor effective for Ukraine to fight with one hand tied behind its back.
“ We need Taurus missiles,” as well as other long-range weapons, to strike necessary military targets in Russia. This is how we can end the war as quickly as possible. The less military potential Russia has, the faster peace will be achieved”

Going by that im wondering if the UK isn't training Ukrainian troops anymore.
