He's been very exciting since signing for the academy, very skilled on the ball and intelligence beyond his years.

Thought there was already a thread for him but looked in the academy forum with no luck, Fabrizio Romano posted about him today saying we're as a club extremely pleased with him...

Hopefully he carries on while continuing to impress and improve.

Sounds like he's got his head screwed on. Got a real chance of making it to the very top this lad, he stands out every time I watch the EDS.

He's an amazing talent doesn't turn 18 until the summer although I'd love to see him play some minutes, he's tall for his ages and position but I think we're hoping he develops more physically first, I'd agree it's been noticeable that he's been helping out more defensively lately too.

I think we're all excited about him can effectively dribble from both sides he's very unselfish and does graft just hope we see him play some minutes against Swansea, was a little surprised not see him and Mfuni come on in the last round but I get we can't play them all they're both still very young we must remember that.

The fact Ryan's determined to break through under Pep and is focusing on his defensive work is good though, we definitely highly rate him so he it should mean he gets chances to impress at some point if he carries on doing what he's doing.

Agree he’s a great talent, but he’s not definitely tall for his age and I think he’s pretty much at the top of his development curve physically despite only being 16, but I also think his low centre of gravity is what gives him his edge so significant growth would probably be to his detriment.

I think he’s spot on looking at Doku as a role model, he will need those explosive attributes in the premier league especially given his small stature.

Mukasa, Mfuni, Reigan Heskey, and McAidoo are probably the most likely.
Finley Gorman has just won an award and is probably the best of the next group (he is much slighter than the first group who are all physical specimens).
