I really don't see the big deal about the heckling. Can understand the idea of it going on while making a putt but that's about it. Sounds like people can't make their mind up what sort of crowd they want at a Ryder Cup.

What's so difficult to understand the difference between supporting your colours with passion and respecting the opponent?

I personally make no difference between football and golf btw.
