I hate that chant. We are so un-origional!
impressive by stenson and wilson to fight back 4 down to all square...Richard said:The yanks seemed to think that they had won the Ryder Cup already last night. Little bit of a fight back from Europe at the moment.

well you had your day!!! Now today is our day!!! or lets at least hope so... still very many holes to play... and it would actually be good for the cup if this could be a tight match instead of last one...CarolinaBlue said:Richard said:The yanks seemed to think that they had won the Ryder Cup already last night. Can you let us have one day of glory? One day...
We haven't won it in a long time!

i disagree... the one thing that is the difference between ordinary golf and Ryder Cup is that it is team play and to that you need the fans cheering and boooing... i just love the athmosphere... its what makes it fun... and so far they havent behaved badly in the way that they are interfering with the play... And yes i must take back what i have said about Poulter earlier... he surely has been the european player so far...Philbo said:I think the American players and fans should be ashamed of their behaviour. It's like a football match not a golf course. BOOOOOOOO bunch of tits. They make the rivalry turn to hatred. Not sporting at all. Yesterday on the 4 balls Kim played a shot about 5 ft away and the Americans went crazy as we would over here. Then Harrington steps up and puts it closer. The camera panned to the crowd and there were about 6 people clapping. Terrible behaviour on a golf course.
C'mon Europe! Poulter for man of the tournament!
Rant over!! x
