S.U.M.O. (Shut Up and Move On)

Think we all can do with a little bit of shut up and move on!!! Tuesday is a big game. Time to forget Hull and move on to the next game. Come on city!

Why do I say S.U.M.O. A little known fact is that United used this guy to motivate their players and staff some time ago. They got it, maybe it's time for City to do something similar to help build their club mentality.

'Shut Up' means: to stop what you’re doing, take time out to reflect, let go of baggage and beliefs that hinder your potential. 'Move On' means: tomorrow can be different from today, look for new possibilities, don’t just think about it, take action.

I was actually at a management conference when this guy did a two hour presentation on SUMO!

We all got a signed copy of the book.

Typical rags to riches story, how he transformed his life, how we could all do the same.

Totally forgettable bollocks.
