This thread title has been writen by a nob! lets be fucking honest, blues like myself have always had a dislike of Hughes regardless of if he can bring success to OUR club or not! and that is the truth! and IT is due to his red background, ''Personely hated the twat after his celebration of his bicycle kick goal in 89! but just like every other professional football club, we as fans don't have any say in the appointment of football managers! if we did this clown would not be in his position, unless you are Itallian/Spanish Ultrus who set fire to there stadium's and attack players at training grounds, British fans only have so many way's of making there feelings known and that is voting with there feet, demonstrating outside stadium's with banners & songs or on the terraces of through forum's like this! Now there is clearly alot wrong with our playing staff/management at the moment, which to be honest no fan can sort out, No one really knows what the fuck is happening in the changing room or on the training pitch other than hearsay! so for some nobhead to put a title of ''Sack th Fans'' and ''having a wish for all Hughes outers to be banned'' for voicing our anger and opinions is utter shit! and probably been put on here by a RAG!! I beleive we have probably the BEST fans out of any premier league club, Yes we want success for OUR club, just like any other football fan, we want days out at wembley and trips to europe! who the fuck in all honesty wants to go back to the days of watching city play GRIMSBY on a wednesday night, not me for one! I know we have come along way since them days, But i am convinced we will never be more than a mid table team with a manager that show's No passion, No real Connection to the fans, No fucking idea of Managing a Team the likes of which we have now and tacticaly inept, Manchester City to me is an identity of where i'm from and who i am and I am very proud of that fact, I am 41 now and only seen MY team in one major cup final in 28 years! and yet we still average gates well over 40,000 which proves beyond doubt that Manchester City fans are one of the best supported clubs in the country, Now for me Hughes will never be right for City, not now, not ever!! and yes I will be there tommorow yet again supporting MY team, but my view on Hughes will not change, regardless of the result!

Will it improve performances? Perhaps you need to be looking for other excuses.
This the only thing that matters on this Hughes topic for me is to support the owners - I think that they have done so much for our club that they deserve the respect of the fans in how they handle it - either way.
You look at the 'quality' of owners at other clubs!!!
You look at where we were before the Sheik!!!!
You listen to the statements of some of the CITY fans now - how quick we take being rich for granted - just think where we would be if the Sheik was to withdraw and we had to go back to the previous state.
We should all just be immensely grateful to the Sheik and give him the respect he deserves - for me that means back his judgement
For me:
1/ He has already shown Hughes enough backing - he has given Hughes respect and opportunity - if he was to sack him now - well I would back the Sheik
2/ The Sheik looks like the real deal big time - if he wants to back Hughes until the spring / end of season - then for me absolutely fine - and I will show respect to the Sheik by backing CITY and all its personnel (including the manager) to the hilt in this period
Without / before him I knew that in my lifetime I would never see the team I have followed since a toddler ever compete - for me he has already given me more interest / excitement / hope than I have had for more than 30 years - I would feel really shallow and petulant to go around moaning about any aspect of the club at this time
