Yep. Not a top manager. Fulham was his level and he over achieved there in IMO

I don't agree Hodgson's not a top manager; he has an impressive CV, including a successful spell at Inter.
Hodgson is simply out of his depth. He has no clue how to manager a club of that size. He should stick to what he does best, make smaller clubs like Fulhum overachieve.
Ancelotti however is a world class manager. I still think he can turn it around if has time and gets backed in the transfer window although he didn't do himself any favors signing Ramires for 18M but still if he does get given time he will get chelsea back up there.
There are very few managers out there better then Carlo, none of them are available.

There is a difference between a top manager and Woy.
He is a good manager at best.
Not really won alot in the million years he has been in football management.
