Apparently this copper mentioned him in his 'manifesto' so Sheen has invited him to call him. No mention of a fishing rod or bucket of beer though!

I get the feeling he is putting things in place to ensure at least some of his targets are met. A mad man would have just fucked the fact that police are guarding the people he wants to kill, and just gone for it anyway. This guy is clearly taking his time, being precise and ensuring his targets are met in the way he wants them to be. If I was one of the people he has in his sights, i'd be fucking bricking it more and more with each passing day. He seems focused as fuck.

Am I the only one who wants him to carry on for years on the run? Just picking off random cops with a high powered rifle from distance.
I hope he builds up a bodycount of about 300 before he goes out in a blaze of glory.
