Safari holidays

just been thinking about a holiday for next year, and my little girl (7 yrs old) said she would like to go on a safari!! Anyone who has done a safari, do you have any tips, places to go, costs etc??

A mate of mine went on a Safari and got charged by a Rhino. He wouldn't say how much though.

I did a safari in Kenya many years ago. I'd highly recommend it. It can be a long day and you're usually up very early, with a long drive, a break for lunch and an another long, afternoon / evening drive; it might be a bit much for your seven year old. However they do one day safaris and I'm sure other options nowadays. Look into it mate, I've been all over but the Kenyan safari will live long in the memory
