Saint and Greavsie on ITV4 this summer

Not sure if it's a great idea, to be honest. It was a programme of it's time. And it may look terribly dated now. But some will love it. A reminder of a time when football was still a sport, as opposed to what it's become now, a huge business. And, as dated as it might well look, it'll still be better than Jake Humphries and Neville and Carragher!

Tough bugger Pat Cowdell. Unfortunately he was pillow fisted.

That Saturday afternoon at the Free Trade Hall when Najib Daho put him on his arse about six times in the first round, is up there with my favourite sporting occasions of all time.

Naj Daho. Bloody hell, there's a blast from the past.
Was he nicknamed Casbah Kid or is it my failing memory?

That’s the one. He had a real big following in Manchester, considering he was, if truth be told, a pretty limited fighter.

But he was the sort of fighter that fans love. Full of heart. Never gave an iota less than 100%. Although according to Jack Trickett, he would have been even better if he’d turned up in the gym occasionally.
