I don't think there are any genuine Salford fans.
Bring 200 to a game an hour away poitless club put it this way and this is the difference in revenue .............Sheff Wed v Notts C would i imagine will have 3k away fans there.
Sheff Wed v Salford would must up 300 at best.
There club benefits in big away following at there place but there away support offers nothing in way of gaining profit and wont do no matter how high they go up the leagues.

Maybe there where untill the classless of 92 turned the club into mini rag fc.
Amazing that the big hitters within that club never had anything to do with them.

Sold just over 3000 tickets for the play off final, Notts County sold 20000 plus, it must be a doddle being a Salford seat counter
So they sold more for an FA Cup match they knew they were going to lose, (twice) than they did for a vital promotion match where the team would benefit from their support.
Mind you is singing anti City songs at Wembley going to push their 2nd or third team to victory ? I doubt it.
We complain about half an' half scarves. What about rag/salford/mini rag scarves ?
