Must of played islands back then as you got to World Cup with play off win over UruguayTo be fair the losses were to Brazil and a heartbreaker to Italy. Should have beaten Croatia if not for Graham (3 yellow cards) Poll blowing up early as we were about to put the ball in the net.
But it was more the way we played that tournament. It was our first in a long while and to date our best.
Australia is in Asia now, so the game against island teams don't happen all that often. Not sure if we'd moved confederations back then though.

Well judging by the media uproar and that everyone is talking about it including us on here I would say quite a lot of people give a fuck, not as many as the amount of people disgusted with raheem sterlings appalling taste in house decor but quite a fewWho gives a fuck.
