I'd quitely bin him off in the summer, but make it clear to others his age that you do not fuck about at this club, or this is what happens.

We need to develop a culture at this club where everyone is pulling in the same direction, and this should come from the bottom up.

I know a lad who is in city's youth team and the mentality is meant to be you are representing the club 24/7, in EVERYTHING that you do.

Mike, I don't think there is anything sinister in his motives. He celebrated a goal (As much as we all hated it). I believe he only signed for the club a couple of months back, he just uses social media like others kids.

He made a mistake and I'm sure he an others will learn from it. No need for a whitchhunt.
