My point was if he is proven to be in a sexual relationship with an underage girl, which she is in California and I believe that is her state if residence, are people going to be against him or continue to say food for him.abd I'd do her too?

Furthermore, it is not so dissimilar. The law says she cannot give consent because she is too young to make proper decisions. Therefore, according to the State of California, an older man can easily take advantage of her youth and naivete. As I said, it is similar. What is also similar, both of these minors are within a year of majority. But that is worth nothing in one's defence in a sex crimes trial.

And I state again for the record and Ric/mods' piece of mind, I am not accusing Samir of a crime. This is all a hypothetical exercise.
 
It's such a shame, because he's one of those who with the right attitude could be one of the best footballers on the planet, and I'd love for him to do that for us. This summer was a massive opportunity for him to work his bollocks off and really nail down a place in the team because he'll be there early while all the internationals are away.

Look at Jack Byrne posting videos of himself training hard back in Ireland once the season was over, and compare that to Samir... It's a poor effort from someone who had multiple extended breaks throughout last season with injuries.

California's ridiculous age-of-consent laws have no bearing on Britain and certainly not France and after all it is 'parental consent' not utterly banned . Daughter meets millionaire eh? In Spain they only relatively recently raised the age of consent from 13 to 16 - I think it was a bit like boozing, everybody just does the natural thing and dont go overboard like us Brits! As for the brain of an 18-year old - not sure about Nasri to be honest - they'll probably get on famously!

I suppose it's a bad time to mention Bill Wyman?
