You haven't answered my question, what if he doesn't make the Euro Championship squad, would you get your head down for 2022, I'm only making a suggestion mate on what I would do if I missed out on 2 international tournaments, if he does make the squad for the Euros in 2 years time, I agree he shouldn't quit at 24.

I feel really bad for the boy. A fantastic season behind him, stats to kill for, tearing it up for one of the top three teams in Europe and he doesn't make the German squad. Its not like they have been showing form without him. Its a complete joke and very little to do with his footballing ability. Pep will need to put his arm round him. As far as Germany go, hope they crash and burn.
