The point being that Blackburn haven't given us permission to talk to RSC, no bids have been made yet that have been accepted so it's against the regulations to do so to do that and Blackburn would have reported us. More to the fact that SOMEONE in the media would have picked up on it and it would have been all over SSN or websites. It's a load of shite RSC hasn't had a medical with City yet and more to the point he's still injured.

Bollocks... The deal for RSC was done last summer, that I know from players at the club. All this "no offer has been made" is bull! I'm not repeating myself again but search through my posts and see what I have told people about this since the summer. Believe me the deal was done 6 months ago, and he was allowed to stay at Blackburn as a good gesture to them for stealing all there staff!
How do you know he has not been to City today? 'Cos the papers and SSN havent shown it? I dont know myself but, I had one of the first team ring him and text him but his phone was off (told this isnt the norm) so he was upto something today. Funny had C_T_I_D pm me today for an update as he knows I have come good before with info.
I'm not an ITK but I am lucky enough to have several mates who play Premiership and Championship football, some of whome have played for Blackburn and some who still do, so I tend to get told things that involve their clubs. Just so happens one of their players is linked to us
I also know for fact that Sven had talks with several of their players just before he was sacked, samba being one and Morten being the other. Other than that I am none the wiser as the next fan as to who we are interested in or buying. Off to bed now, Night all.

I know deals can be done in advance as my mate agreed to leave Blackburn in advance and then signed a contract 4 months later with his new team, even today we were talking about this move and he said it happens all the time! Didnt real "sign" two players in December? Neither had signed a contract until Jan 1st!

Hahaha ITK all the way. If a "deal" is supposedly done then Blackburn have changed their terms at least 50 times over the course of the winter and any respectable club would have told Blackburn to fuck off. We made an offer in the summer and they rejected it and if he supposedly said "bye" then why is he still training with Blackburn and didn't sign in on Jan 1st if the deal was already done? There's no deal in place at all, they're still negotiating it if he is coming, they keep changing the fee or the terms saying they want this much cash and now they want TBH as well? The deal is FAR from complete so stop talking out of your arse cause your "mate" plays for Blackburn. I dont know, as I say I'm lucky enough to have mates who play the game and they do talk believe me. More than people realise! As for reading autobiographies, the game has changed alot since those guys kicked a ball and the way the clubs are run has changed too im afraid. Now a days there is very little honor or loyalty and money talks, I mentioned months ago that Ince would get booted as he spent the first month in charge in Portugal in his villa. He even went to watch Cardiff in a pre season friendly while they were out there, Like I say a month before he even met his players! And people call Hughes. The only signing I have commented on is this one and I told every one 3 days before that Brad was joining Villa, I even confirmed it 2 hours before a statement was released and SSN had the yellow ticker! Other than that I no as much as you.

What valid points? There your opinions not points.. Do you know what players talk about? You ever sat with a pro footballer? They read these forums, the papers, they talk to other players, they play poker and drink like the rest of us. I appologise for "attacking" you but I hate it when you come on saying I'm talking bullshit when you havent a clue about my life and who I hang around with in my personal life. Like I say I'm lucky to have mates who play the game. I'm lucky to visit them at there clubs and get freebies, to eat with them in nice places and lucky to be trusted that they will tell me things.
As for the fee being lowerd what I mean is City are the ones trying to get the TBH deal into the same package so they dont have to pay the £18m for RSC as he aint worth that amount and they know it. Big Sam coming in did put a dampener on the situation and he pissed the directors of Blackburn off by publicly saying he wasnt for sale. We all know as per Real that deal can be done in advance, RSC and Blackburn did agree in the summer that he would come then we appointed hughes and the deal stalled. Blackburn agreed to honor it if he could be kept until Jan, dont know how or why but they did.

EDIT: Dont forget I'm hearing things from Blackburns end, I dont claim to know anyone at City so... I can only tell you what they are telling me. I cant comment on City's dealings or why they would do things? Maybe 'cos they know they can screw Blackburn over I dont know?

Yes we're interested in signing RSC, but there's just no way it was all confirmed in the summer with the intent for him to come in January otherwise it would have been wrapped up days ago. Also, Big Fat Sam would have been told there was a solid deal in place as soon as he took over and the directors would have made that clear to him, so he wouldn't have talked all that crap to the media to rile up the directors at Blackburn? I have no doubt we'll end up signing RSC but there's just no way I can see it being stamped and sealed in the summer.

As for big Sam... He was told and still spouted off thinking he could get more money from us as we have been taken over since the clubs agreed the deal. To which point the chairman made it clear to keep quiet about it, thats why he isnt so vocal to the press now regarding RSC (you see his interview today) Anyway, have a good un you dirty doubter you, lol.

Autobiographies from players still playing and people still managing and still involved in all aspects of football today and I can't recall any deal like this mentioned in any of them that's what I'm saying.
Plus in the world of football today if a player especially at a PL club does so much as drop a fart in front of the chairmen it's on the back pages so keeping this quiet IMO must involve the press and both clubs.Can you see that happening
I have also sat talked had a few drinks with mainly ex players even played sunday league with a couple who carried on playing and my lasting impression on most of them was FFS shut up enough already we have heard it all before.You see I said MOST there as your friends,I'm not doubting you don't know them and maybe they're not be like that.
Maybe cruz was thinking to himself I'm off in jan to that richest club in the world with my mate mark in charge.I'll tell a few people I'm off word will get around then maybe I get the big pay rise.
I was my way to manchester the other week and heard the interview he did on 5live,the way he spoke on there he may as well have said I don't want to play for this going nowhere tin pot club again.Then in the next breathe says he is happy there,just incase he don't get HIS planned move. I'd be surprised if he played another game for blackburn and I don't think he will get the best reception from the fans if he did.

You could be spot on but I am only passing on info I am told by Players not staff or management. In fairness it will have more weight to it than those who hear things from "a mate who works in the ticket office". Like I say you could be right but it has been said and passed on. As for my mates they are probably sick of me quizzing but they know the score and know they will take my money from me when we next play poker so all is good ;0)
