I know we should go with if it aint broken dont fix it mentality but if he is fit then id be tempted to play him up top with tevez just off him and bellamy left and jonno right!

Agreed, and he's got a very good attitude. His comment about fighting for his place is encouraging

what a nobhead reply, you dont agree so im not a city fan,

Whats this? Another thread where we prematurely write off one of our own players? I hope people would have learned from Tevez, Bellamy, and Lescott. Obviously not.

I think the good game he had (was fit) was Sunderland

He ran his balls off that game. Then the next week against everton he gets injured making a 3 yard pass

good centre forward.

Much better at playing the lone centre forward role than anyone we've got. If only we could get the bugger on the field

I found this encouraging:

<a class="postlink" href="http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/timvickery/2010/03/vickery_11.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/timvickery/2 ... ry_11.html</a>

Oscar Cardozo, a target for the boo boys back home, finally found the form he produces for club side Benfica and scored twice but, more importantly, star man Roque Santa Cruz is showing signs of coming good at the right time. In the presumed absence of Salvador Cabanas, recovering from a shooting in Mexico City, this is good news indeed.

Spot on. Proper goal getting centre forward. Good target man aswell. I think, if he gets a game against sunderland, he will bag us a goal. He is made for wingers to whip crosses into.

And he is one handsome mofo. When he smiles, i get goose bumps..................

HES A GOOD PLAYER BUT LIKE A FEW IN OUR TEAM THIS YEAR TENDS TO HAVE DODGY EXTENDED INJURY BREAKS,WHICH PROVES TO ME THEIR NOT INTERESTED AND WILL SIT BACK FOR THE MONEY

if he can ever get a run of games for us this guy will score goals, i have absolutely no doubt. just hope we dont rush him back again.
