here you go mate...i sent this in a pm last night to one of the lads on here >>>

easiest way to do it is to use an image hosting site like this >>>

at the top of the webpage you will see some options, like "browse", "tag", "filetype", "resize"

if you are posting a piccie from your pc, then

1) make sure the image option is selected in filetype
2) Click on browse button and a seperate search box will pop up, here you need to point it to the piccie you want to upload
3) some piccies need to be downsized (usually i go for 640 x 480), lower down the page you will see a drop down selection box for resizing the picture...select 640 x 480 size from drop down box....if the piccie is already smaller than 640 x 480 dont bother using the resize options...simply go to step 4
4) now click on "Upload Now" and wait for the page to refresh (may take a minute or 2 depending on size of piccie)
5) when the page has refreshed you will be given a load of text options to copy and paste....look for one that says "IMG Code for Forums & Message Boards".....then copy the text in the box below.
6) now come back to the page you want to post and paste the copied text onto the post and click submit


as with all things free, there is a limit to the maximum size of piccie you can upload at each time...so make sure your piccie is smaller than the max allowed limit (i think it is 3mb per piccie)
