Can someone explain why there is no football that weekend for the top flight teams?

There’s a a full premier league fixture list on tuesday and wednesday 29th and 30th.

So we’re playing Sunday, Tuesday in the cup then Tuesday again. United have got a 10 day break between 2 home games for example.

You seriously didn't realise it's an FA Cup weekend?
 
oh ffs. Why dont they put a placeholder on the website fixture lists then!
 
So no scheduled Premier League games on the final Saturday in January? Has that ever been seen before? Bit of a mystery to me. Best get Scotland Yard, the FBI and Interpol on the case. Or perhaps somebody with even the slightest knowledge of English football.
