There are some who are incredibly loyal to him considering the shit football he serves up. I’m not sure why.

You look at that side last night. Jones/Smalling/Valencia/Shaw at the back. That is hideous. It’s a back four I’d expect someone like Southampton to put out.

Their loyalty to Pogba is even more remarkable. This is someone who left them and only went back for the money. He has been a disaster for £93m! Sanchez too. He clearly doesn’t want to be there. Anyone who chooses a club for money alone shouldn’t be signed by that club. They didn’t actually need him either as Martial who they have now marginalised was playing well at the time.

I love it. Long may it continue. I really hope they get rid and bring in Zidane cos that will keep them as also rans for another 2/3 years.

Poch is quite comfortable where he is I would think. He’s earning good money whilst under no pressure whatsoever to actually win anything. Can’t see him chucking that up for a club in complete disarray.

I think it's an IT term he keeps uttering...... Re-spec'ed.
As in the current team aren't up to spec (specification). So maybe he's just asking for a new team or for the specification to change..... re-spec'ed.
