I thought part of Wilcox role was to implement the first team style of play throughout the age groups so easier to transition them into first team squad. If Fletcher was the U18's coach has Fletcher developing his squad via 343 to follow the plan or has he been coaching his U18's in a different way? If its been 343 then does he then junk that now he's in charge of First Team or has Wilcox been telling other age groups not to train 343?
