Savinho | City reject Spurs approach

These Eze rumours last week that he was going to Spurs, reckon that was Levy getting his mate to report that thinking he could push through the Savinho deal as in we would sell cheaper! Maybe we get the fee we want for him now they have no other options with short notice.

Rodrygo scores 1 in 5

Salah 1 in less than 2
Vinicius 1 in 3
Foden 1 in 3

Rodrygo is average, if he was any good Madrid wouldn't be playing Brahim Diaz , himself distinctly average.
Been saying that . People expecting him to score 20

Last season:
Salah - goal every 132mins
Vinicius - goal every 210mins
Foden - goal every 230mins
Rodrygo - goal every 247mins
Yamal - goal every 253mins
Brahim - goal every 382mins
Savinho - goal every 1029 mins

He really isnt as bad as made out, plus he was playing with 2 of the greediest attackers in world football and they would never sub their 'starboys'.

And during 23/24? Why didn’t he score more? It was only him and vini? Rodrigo is the same player as 5 years ago. Barely any improvement in fact his numbers drop. It’s easy to say he is playing with greedy players . I would just assume that he isn’t as good as they are. Even Bellingham outscore him when they played the 4-4-2 triangle system.

The number of his assists suggests he isn't the best team player either.

176 minutes per goal/assist in La Liga last season. That's worse than Doku (155) who is vilified on here for being unproductive.

I could go back and do the checks, Bellingham is another player he probably doesn't like playing.

He's not a 1 in 5 goalscorer though, his minutes kept getting robbed by Brahim and Ancelotti.

I see. So it’s the other players fault and ancelotti‘s fault that rodrygo is unproductive. Can you explain to me then why his Brazilian games are not that special either? And he had several games as a LW and doesn’t play RW there since it’s occupied by Raphinha. I am not here to trash talk but everytime I’ve seen rodrygo play he was not to be seen. Considering the fact that according to Real Madrid fans he has 1 good game in 3 months and that they don’t care if left tomorrow.

Can you explain why the best manager in the world wants him?

We could end up selling Savinho and Liverpool coming in for Rodrygo (if they can't get Isak), and then end up with nobody. If we are getting rid of Savinho we'd need to sign Rodrygo first.

Not saying he's the answer but he's played one season for us so I'm prepared to give him a chance, rather than signing a guy for 90 million who we know is not top drawer.
Speak for yourself man, don't project your thoughts onto others.
