Savinho | City reject Spurs approach

surpised that Spurs are not going after Maghnes Akliouche, he would be cheaper imo

Kudus as SS and Akliouche on the right, maybe Savio on the left then

£70m for Savinho (who we bought for £30m just a year ago) is a lot, regardless of how much you rate him. Honestly, I really want to see a lot of Bobb, Cherki and Marmoush this season and believe Foden will be back in a key role. So I'm not sure I even see how Savinho fits in this season, so if this £70m offer is real, we've got to take it

Don't think you'll see more of them if we sell Savinho and buy Rodrygo. I'd just keep Savinho, but whatever I'm easy.

I hope City make the negotiations as difficult as possible for Levy. Personally I'd prefer to keep him, but if Savinho really does want out then I think we are going to have to sell.

I'm intrigued to see how City deal with Levy. Looks like Spurs are the only club in the running, which is a shame. As you say, I want this deal to be as difficult for Levy as possible, and we should include a buy back clause. If Savinho can add goals to his game, he'll be unstoppable.

From a City perspective, I know we've been linked with Rodrygo. Not entirely sure where he would fit in to be honest. But selling Savinho and not bringing someone else in would feel like we've weekend ourselves unnecessarily, even if the fee is decent.

Especially for what is a good fee.

This is exactly my thoughts. Savinho was decent but not a revelation. If he stays he needs to kick on but I'm kit sure how many games he would get. I'd rather see Foden back in form. And we have plenty of other attacking players who need minutes.
